One of the things I've learnt over the last year is that the things I  
say tongue in cheek on mailing lists are often misconstrued. This was  
one of those things. Basically there are some unfortunate cases in CC  
which do indeed make mashups difficult, and that's one of the reasons  
we're changing the license.
