[Geowanking] seamless.usgs.gov appears borked

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to grab USGS DEM data from seamless.usgs.gov, which has worked
fine in the past. It's not working for me at all. I'm curious if anybody
could confirm or disconfirm that it's broken:

*Presently, making the GET requests directly to the WMS server used for the
page's map returns errors, complaining about missing params.
