[Geowanking] Zillow has released boundaries for "neighborhoods" inthe US

Sorry, good (fuzziness and all) boundary data trumps "what neighborhood
is (long,lat) in?". Only question now is whether the Zillow data is any
good. I'd still rather see people contribute neighborhood boundaries to
OpenStreetMap or something like it.
