[Geowanking] Anyone know of on-line ogr2ogr-type service

Greetings. Does anyone know of an online service for
doing vector file format exchange a la ogr2ogr?
Conversely, if such a thing does not exist (and
assuming that the effort would be worthwhile) what
might it take for a non-specialist to implement? I
belong to community where occasional exchange of data
in proprietary formats is a real pain but not so much
a pain that folks will come to grips with FWtools, so,
thinks I, what about an on-line option...
