[Geowanking] XHTML-MP Geo Location

I know it's rare that a wireless carrier will share a LBS / Geo Location
from a mobile web browser, with a website.  But I'd like to know if any
of them do?    How much of a relationship do you need to have with each
carrier, before they'll transmit location data to a mobile website (e.g.
one built with XHTML-MP).  Is anyone on the list receiving such data?
