[Geowanking] Missing geowankers

So I've phoned and been watching out for someone you all know on IM  
for a while and not seen him... which raises the question:

If you know a geowanker who likes hanging out in war zones, how do you  
know if they're mortally wounded or merely running the border under  
mortar fire?

Maybe we could club together and get kamikazigeowankers those bright  
orange satellite distress beacons that Yahoo were giving away...
