Hi,

There's a fairly detailed list at:

http://www.esri.com/software/standards/support-iso-ogc.html

Scroll down to see the table.

In short, unless you buy the portal toolkit or interoperability extension,
it's WMS & metadata documentation (not service) standards. I asked about
future support at an ArcGIS Server seminar today, WFS and WCS are supposed
to be part of ArcGIS server at 9.3, due out 1st quarter next year. Not sure
about OGC support in ArcIMS or other packages at the next release.
