[Geowanking] STAMPS Field Trial

Cameron and All the list,

the plan is to have the messages accessible through an XML feed of  
the kind Google Earth can visualize.
This should be a network kml/kmz url that will be updated every time  
a new messages is posted on STAMPS.
We are also considering opening the source code of the whole  
application.
