[Geowanking] Airport Noise

Is there anyone on this list (or doese anyone know of anyone) that
deals with Environmental Noise or Air Traffic issues?

I am currently developing software based on PostGIS and MapServer for
the noise monitoring program at MSP international airport in
Minneapolis, Minnesota.  I'd like to find some other folks using Open
Source software to deal with Airport or Noise issues.
