[Geowanking] Open Source Geocoder Released Today

For anyone who's interested in address-geocoding, SRC, Inc. just released
an open source geocoder. There's a op-ed piece on it at Directions Magazine

It's still pretty US-centric, relying on TIGER data, but they want others who
can to adapt it to address-geocoding world-wide. Might be worth a look if
you know C++.
