That's a nice idea, and i'd definitely aggregate the RSS to make
my placename-searches find more things than are in GeoNET.
I'd love to be able to do bounding-box based queries for the RSS, as
well as the KML, for both of these sites, unless there's already a
KML->RDF or ->RSS gateway in the world.

Does your internal 'Open Source Definition' state, "i can visit a URL
and download the code from it"? Mine does :)
