[Geowanking] pointers to Katrina relief projects needed

IONIC Enterprise is providing its Places2Protect data 
(http://www.places2protect.com)  for the affected areas to organizations 
involved in relief and recovery efforts.  We are delivering this data in 
KML first and then we will provide a WMS service URL for the data.
