[Geowanking] LBS foolin': where the web thinks you are

Some trivia:

Here is a simple hack between lbs data and google to spy on domain locations
and to see where online shops may think we are visiting from.

http://www.roitsystems.com/cgi-bin/lbs/test.pl

or...

where an IP actually is:
http://www.roitsystems.com/cgi-bin/lbs/test.pl?ip=99.255.255.255

or...
see where a domain is hosted:
http://www.roitsystems.com/cgi-bin/lbs/test.pl?host=pravda.com

I know, it's useless trivia. and I also know, it's not particularly
interactive. But what the hell...

Before people get mad at me, I am using a demo version of a database from
ip2location who claim that it is accurate as of July. I hope not, since they
put me alternatively in Ghana and Isreal. Not quite Zurich...

The single-cpu 1-year subscription is about USD800, so since I dont really see
a monetizing stream for this, I will stick to the demo data for now.
Apologies to anyone who is placed squarely in the Atlantic...

Also, we can all recall that claiming to be somewhere is different than
actually being there.

I used Perl, google maps, and ip2location for this.
