Hi all,
Generally I lurk on this list, but would just like to lend my weight to
Arnulf's comment:

right on!

On that note I've put together a beta site using worldkit for you all to
play with and hopefully comment on. I've been exploring the
IPaddress-->City mappings to harvest datasets via google's regular api. My
first example is a a sort of geo-voyerism:

   http://www.livingatlas.com
   http://www.livingatlas.com/googlefrom.php

The second url is really for you guys to try out. It geocodes google
searches with the location of the server where the google result resides.
As an example, here's a few cool searches to play with ....

   Lightning/2000 nowcast filetype:txt
   "Weather Station * Ambient Software" filetype:htm inurl:details
   intext:"MOBOTIX M10" intext:"Open Menu" Shift-Reload

Oh - please be *patient* with the geocoder it's all *very* slow stuff on a
PIII dev box in my attic over DSL at the mo. Up to 5 min?

If anyone wants to grab lots of data - drop me a line first as I have a
lots of post-processing tools put together now to remove dups, aggregate
data, and clean up results etc etc that could be useful ...

regards,
Andrew Morgan
