I don't work for feedster but... they do publish geo tags in their RSS
feeds of searches, with values derived from geourl ICBM tags in the
associated HTML page. 

>From World as a Blog, there are <10% of weblogs with both RSS and ICBM
tags (and that ping weblogs.com). This isn't really geo+rss though.

The most visible geotagged rss feed I'd guess is the USGS earthquake
feeds [ http://earthquake.usgs.gov/recenteqsww/rss.html ]

And I suppose all the site running worldKit have an associated geocoded
RSS feed [ http://brainoff.com/worldkit/examples.php ]
