Given the multitide of fine minds and multitalented 5 legged sheep present
here - if you are a consultant, small flexible GIS company or freelancer,
if GML3.1 v.s. 3.2, XSD, XSLT and XML have no secrets to you, dig open
source collaboration methodologies, if you love compiler-compilers, get
RDF, loose coupling and interoperability, you're hands on with Java and
Oracle -and- have some spare cycles in the next couple of months - feel
