[Geowanking] GSM Positioning

If you're interested in using me, I'm in Cambridge, MA on Cingular  
with a Nokia 6620 (http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=453).  
Don't have a bluetooth GPS yet so I'd take your recommendation on  
what to get. I drive around Cambridge and downtown Boston a lot.
