[Geowanking] geo rdf protocol divergence/convergence

I'm not sure if this is completely relevant - it's not a protocol - but
there's also the GEO namespace:

http://www.w3.org/2003/01/geo/

which we've been using in various ways connected to photos - some
proposals are summarised here:

for a project to annotate WWW conference photos:
