I've been mailed off list by someone who has set my mind at rest regarding Quova's IP geolocation patent claims. The person has asked to remain anonymous, but if anyone else is worried about whether their geolocation software might violate Quova's patent, I'd be happy to forward their concerns to the person concerned.
