Has latitude/longitude/population/country data for all major towns & 
cites (with a population of >100000). I can't vouch for its accuracy 
though.

However, as there's 108 pages of it and I've already grabbed all the 
data myself, I'll happily give you a copy in CSV/SQL/whatever format you 
need.
