[Geowanking] Show and tell : Panoramas

Hi there.
I've shown this before, but its recently gone through a major overhaul.
I have a world panoramas engine using the headmap globe tool, and a recent
addition a streaming flash map of the world using the Hi Res Nasa Blue
marble imagery. For those curious to see what I think is a very nice geo

I naturally want to slowly extend the power of the streaming flash map. As
such I have a quick question too.

I am after a list of world locations, listed by name, lat, long, and either
population or importance scale. I have looked at the geonames server at
nima.mil which appeared to have all this info, but for Australia (where I am
based) the locations didn¹t have an importance factor which kinbd of
clutters things up.

Thanks for any help on this, and I look forward to any feedback on the
panoramas Engine.
