I've been thinking about the Altitude component of
ThereThen addresses.  I almost dropped it entirely, but
decided instead to say "always in meters":

How are others handling altitude in their apps?  Ignore
it?  Pretend the whole world does feet?  meters?
What do you do for a default when no altitude is
specified?
